TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Please read carefully

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS COMPULSORY and should include at least a MedEvac option and compensation for lost charter days due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.

$500 deposit is required per person to secure travelling dates. Deposit is non-refundable. Please contact us for our banking details.

The Balance of payment can be made in 2 partial payments. Payments are required to be paid 90 and 45 days prior to departure and are non-refundable. This gives us time to organize airport pick-ups and transfers, harbor clearances, and to purchase provisions for the trip.

All prices quoted are quoted in USD Dollars and DO NOT include international airfares OR extra nights needed prior to or after your charter.

Once full payments have been made you will be sent an itinerary confirming all details of your trip.

Confirmation will be sent via e-mail when any money is paid to confirm that we have received your payment.

AMIGOSURFMEXICO charters will only proceed if there is at least 4 guests and only if all guests are paid in full 45 days before trip is due to begin.

Maximum number of guests aboard AMIGOSURFMEXICO charters inside Bahia de Banderas is 8.

Maximum number of guests aboard AMIGOSURFMEXICO extended charters outside Bahia de Banderas is 4

There are no refunds or partial refunds given for poor surf, inclement weather or changes to a charter itinerary due to mechanical or logistical problems.

In addition, there are no refunds given for reasons pertaining to unstable global, national, or local political or natural conditions that do not directly pose a threat to the safe operation of our charters. Please contact us for full details on our cancellation policy.
- Documents:
1. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date you enter Mexico.
2. As of March 2004, you will need $US17 CASH when you arrive at the airport to purchase an entry visa if you are from countries including: Australia, United States, South Africa, Brazil, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Italy, Japan, and France.

2. AMIGOSURFMEXICO Surf Charters does not accept any responsibility, nor will we give any refunds, for late arrival or non-arrival of guests, surfboards or any other luggage.
